Published prices are indicative and may change. A room shown online may also become unavailable through another enquiry or booking channel.
What identification is required?
Valid government-issued photo identification, such as a passport or driver licence, may be required. Longer-term stays may also require an in-person viewing before confirmation.
What are the usual check-in and check-out times?
The older page states check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM. Confirm the exact time for your property and booking.
What happens if I cancel or do not arrive?
The previous terms state that discounted bookings may be non-refundable and non-changeable. Cancellations made within 48 hours before 3:00 PM on the arrival day, or a failure to arrive, may result in the full accommodation amount being charged or forfeited. Confirm the applicable cancellation terms before paying.
Is parking guaranteed?
No. Free or paid parking may be available depending on the property, generally on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces may be limited and may not be able to be pre-booked.
What behaviour is expected?
Guests must treat others respectfully, avoid disruptive or unsafe behaviour, follow reasonable instructions and use the property lawfully. Violence, threats, harassment, illegal activity, damage, unauthorised use of property or access credentials, and improper pressure for refunds or special treatment are not acceptable.
Can management require a guest to leave?
Where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or a serious breach of the applicable terms or house rules, management may take appropriate action, including requiring the guest to leave and applying the consequences set out in the agreed terms.
Are credit-card surcharges charged?
